This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the xe88 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all the rules stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the xe88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the xe88 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority as recognised under the laws of your place of residence.
- Register as an individual and not on behalf of any legal entity, company, or third party without prior written consent from xe88.
- Not be located in any region or jurisdiction where the use of this platform is prohibited under local law.
- Provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
Xe88 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your xe88 username and password confidential. You are not permitted to share, transfer, or grant any third party access to your account under any circumstances.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the xe88 support team immediately. xe88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the account holder's own negligence.
Usage Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the xe88 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or any method that manipulates the system is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all winnings and permanent account closure.
Users also agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the xe88 platform in any way.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the xe88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as internet banking transfers via FPX. xe88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Users agree that:
- All deposits are final once a transaction has been credited to the platform account.
- Winnings may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account held in the same account holder's name. xe88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times are subject to xe88's current policy and may take up to several business days depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
- Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms will be placed on hold pending investigation. xe88 reserves the right to freeze or cancel account balances in such cases.
- Xe88 is not liable for any additional charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Xe88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the case review.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting the support team. Before the closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements and bonus conditions must be fulfilled.
Xe88 Liability Limits
Xe88 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to technical failures, cyberattacks, or damage to the user's hardware.
Additionally, xe88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or events beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions, which shall not be considered a breach of contract by xe88.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the xe88 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the property of xe88 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content without express written permission from xe88.

The xe88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. xe88 does not control, verify, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Xe88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the xe88 website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
